Who we are depends fundamentally on our sex, our ethnic and social origin, religious and political convictions and on our maternal tongue. Any discrimination based on these aspects is prohibited and constitutes disdain to our identity. If a person is treated worse than another due to any of these peculiarities, without an objective justification, that person is injured in the most profound ways by disgracing his dignity.
